TThe Villa is beautiful, with all the comforts
of home! Fattoria Terranova is fabulous! Lo
Stuzzichino e Ristorante di Mimi were both
wonderful as well. Good gelato & espresso in
Sant’Agata.
We left an italian stovetop coffee pot in the
kitchen (with instructions). Driving is an
adventure – much better to go to Amalfi via
boat!
Buon viaggio!

Thank you for the lovely Villa, as others have
said it’s a home from home.
Weather has been changeable – we’ve had sun,
clouds, rain + lightening, fog mist., had some
lovely evening fires. Found the driving a bit
crazy at times and roads a bit crowded. It took
us nearly 3 hours to get to Pompeii – After this
we took the Positano road and then picked up
Sorrento/Naples signs – this cut off some of the
congested Sorrento traffic – much quicker!
Pompeii & Vesuvius were the main reasons we were
came here. Both great days out!
As others had found we were not able to park in/near
Positano. Walk down to Crapolla was lovely – but
take some water.
Sorrento shopping good. Michelle was a welcome
visitor – so much in fear than our youngest
daughter (who is scared of dogs) stroked her on
the last day – we couldn’t believe it!

UNITED KINGDOM - 24 October 2010
From the moment we were met to make the final
mile to our Villa by Marina, we were fell very
welcome. The Villa is like a home from home, but
the restaurant next door is wonderful. Everyone
is very friendly even the animals! Our time here
was very short, but we are already planning our
return trip.

What can we say that hasn’t already been said?!
Everything was super.
The Villa was such a pleasant surprise. It is
bigger than the pictures show, nicer than
expected, incredibly maintained, and in new
condition. The pictures on the internet do not
do this location justice; especially all the
little details: extras. The Villa was apparently,
completely renovated in 2009, which was another
nice surprise.
Unfortunately with Oct temperatures we were
unable to use to pool area as much as we wanted
to, which is a shame as it is so inviting:
private.
On the flip side, Oct is an excellent time to
visit as the crowds; traffic are limited. We
easily travelled to Positano, Capri, Amalfi,
Sorrento and the Villa is perfectly located for
all your side trips.
Sant’Agata offers up all the conveniences (restaurant,
stores, gas, etc…) that you need for your stay.
The view of the Golf from the Villa was also
closer, nicer than expected. Each of the
bedrooms offer access views ( 2 balconies : 1
patio).
Fattoria Terranova (the “Farm House”) is right
next door, which offers breakfast, lunch or
dinner for the times you don’t want to drive or
cook. They also offer free internet. If you are
an animal lover, you are in for a real treat.
Michelle, the mascot of the Villa, is the
sweetest ever. No worries, she is super behaved
and knows her “boundaries”.
Our final thanks go to Alex, who helped
coordinate before the trip and getting settled
upon arrived. He supplied us with many maps;
personal points of interests (upon our request)
like restaurants, beaches, etc. We truly enjoyed
our stay and hope to return to Villa Esposito
one day.

We sadly are leaving Terranova. Our vacation at
the villa was a wonderfully relaxing place.
We felt totally at home here and in Sant’Agata –
Everyone was very accommodating to our very
broken italian. Although we did improve us time
went on.
Thanks to Alex, Tina e Marina our stay was very
comfortable. Thank you!
With best wishes and “tante saluti”

We arrived on Sept 7th and knew we had made it
to our home away from home.
This Villa is very inviting with privacy as well
as very social areas like the dining room, pool
area and living room. The Villa being in
Sant'Agata is perfectly located to travel to
Sorrento with a side trip to Capri or to
Positano the most unique city we have ever
visited. We frequented the restaurants in
Sant'Agata and Mimi's was the best by far and
mainly because of the friendly environment but
also because the food was terrific. We loved the
views here at the villa from our individual
rooms to the pool area.
Michelle's visits were a welcomed touch because
she is so friendly and we are all Dog lovers. If
we ever come back to Sant'Agata we will
definitely stay at Villa Esposito.

It is a truly beautiful villa in a beautiful
place. The town "Sant'Agata" is nice, and
Sorrento is also a wonderful area. Just be
warned if you wish to go to Positano, it is near
impossible to park your car, unless you leave
very early. We really enjoyed our stay!
It is wonderful to stay in a what seemed to l ee
a classic italian villa. The quaint and ambient
house is set in idyllic surroundings, with
stunning views of the open sky melting into the
sparkling coastline.
The farmhouse is a restaurant to be visited
again and again . Set an atmospheric open
loggia, the friendly service and gorgeous
homemade food certainly improved our stay. It
was great leeing such a short drive from
Sant'Agata and Sorrento, as it allowed us to
spend the (relatively) ---- shopping, eating and
walking around out easily return in the
afternoons to soak up the sun by the pool.
A place to relax and rejuvenate oneself in a
simply stunning corner of Italy.
Thank you...

Wow! What a Villa and in such a beautiful place.
We have had such a great week, the weather has
been fantastic, the Villa beautifully equipped
and pool loved by our children Meagan and Lewis.
Alex looked after us so so well and the Farm
house restaurant was tochè far!!! The food and
the staff just delightful.
Serafino our taxi driver is most reliable,
friendly and helpful if you decide to give the
narrow roads a miss... he took us into Sorrento
and a must is pompei (much bigger than we
expected a very very hot!) The tomatoes from our
next door neighbour were just mouth watering -
thank you.
All in all a too quick week but such a great
experience. Many, many thanks. Alison, Martin,
Margaret, Meagan and Lewis from Aberdeen,
Scotland, U.K. - P.S. Michelle was a lovely
friendly dog and we enjoyed her visit to the
Villa! :-)

The house and the view exceeded our expectations!
The trip Alex organised with the boat to Capri
was really exciting. Thank Mario and Franco

real thing that will make us come back is the
hospitality and warm friend linen of the lady of

Great stay at the Esposito Villa! We had an
amazing week even if the weather
did not cooperate. Took a driver to do the
Amalfi Coast, we had a Fiat Ducato
(9 passengers) for a car.
Will definitely recommend the villa to friends
in Montreal, Canada.
Many thanks to Alex and Tina.
PS We took great care of Michelle.
Mrs. Denise & Mr.

Villa Esposito exceeded our expectations! It is
so beautifully appointed - we loved every room -
and the lovely gardens - pool and extraordinary
vistas. After being with crowds all day in
Capri, Pompei and Sorrento, it was great to
“come home” to the serenity of this beautiful
place.
We enjoyed two wonderful dinners at Farmhouse
nearby and the other nights we had fun cooking
local pastas and had dinner with the fireplace
lighting the room. Driving was quite an “experience”,
but it was great fun to be able to explore
Marina del Cantone and Massa / Marina del lago.
We did hire a driver for the adventure along the
Amalfi Coast which allowed all of us to take
many pictures – too many pictures :-)!! All
week- every where we looked – there was another
spectacular panorama. What a beautiful world!
Grazie Grazie Grazie!

delivered all that was advertised, and more. The

Sant'Agata sui due Golfi: is situated in the
territory of Massa Lubrense between the Gulf of
Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, where you can
enjoy an incomparable panorama over both the
gulfs, as testified also by the name of the most
this important village in the territory of Massa
Lubrense: (St. Agatha on two Gulfs) in the hills
surrounding the Sorrento Peninsula. Well known
for its healthy air, organic vegetables and for
the famous Restaurant "Don Alfonso" (three star
Michelin), S.Agata has been a popular tourist
resort since the Eighteenth Century. The village
itself is in a very good location. Sorrento,
Positano, Amalfi and Nerano can all be easily
reached either by car or bus. Nerano and
Massalubrense’s small port are both typical
mediterranean fishing villages, where you can
taste the local seafood, hire small boats or
simply relax whilst enjoying a long, cool drink.
