Villa
Bruno is a structure of 250 sqm with a
2000 sqm garden, balconies and a terrace
with amazing views of the sea view;
suitable for max six people.
There are four bedrooms, four toilets, a
spacious sitting room with four/ten
sleeping places in a divan and a large
kitchen with a dining area. There is a
double bedroom with a balcony that has a
sea view and a twin-bedded room with a
window overlooking garden. One toilet
has a shower while the other has a water
closet and a wash-hand basin. The living
area is a large room with a table, a
fireplace, a flat TV 42", settees and a
piano.
The kitchen is full-equipped with a
cooker, an oven, refrigerator/freezer,
washing machine and dishwasher, american
cofeemaker.
Both the terrace and the garden have
wonderful views of the sea the isles and
the coast. Here you will find stone
benches, tables, chairs, sun beds and
sun loungers ready for sunbathing. There
is a barbecue built into the stonewall,
a gazebo and a wonderful amaca, and a
garden-shower. The house has
air-conditioning, central heating and
Sat TV SKY TV, DVD, PS2, Mosquito Magnet,
mobil phone, alarm, free internet
connection with Hi Speed modem usb.
There is a cover parking area inside for
more of 2 cars. The outside there's a
swimming pool (it's 5.50x2.80x1.32).
