Enjoy
stunning views of the lake and mountains
from this luxurious five-bedroom villa
with a private heated swimming pool, in
the beautiful hills of eastern Tuscany.
Villa Gerna (sleeps 10) is an ideal
vacation retreat surrounded by gardens,
grape vines and olive trees, yet is only
15 minutes from the motorway that
provides easy access to destinations and
excursions to the medieval and
renaissance towns for which Tuscany and
Umbria are famous.
The design, restoration and selection of
materials were overseen personally by
the owners who took a hands-on approach
to the project and did a lot of the
actual work, from the reclaiming of
ceiling tiles to the building and
installation of windows and doors.
The house is composed of 2 levels and is

floors have ground level access. The

where there is parking for 4 cars, a
wide terrace with a pergola, tables and
chairs adjacent to the pool. On this
upper level occupying the four corners
of the house are four bedrooms. The
remaining bedroom is on the lower floor
with direct access to the rear terrace
with tables and chairs.
More activities on site such as ping
pong, archery, badminton, access to
canoes, fishing and swimming in/on the
lake, lovely walks, and bicycling. The
villa is also connected to the Internet,

Arezzo:
The city of Arezzo extends
itself around a hilly slope, surrounded by a
plain; its development has been facilitated by
location that historically has
always crossed the main roads, therefore
encouraging its first plan role in the
commercial exchanges. Gold Arezzo, for example,
a very important international exhibition and
collection fair of goldsmith's art, silverware,
jewellery, precious stones and corals.
Caprese Michelangelo full landscapes, delicious
food, and superb wines and contain some of
Italy's most famous artistic treasures.
Caprese Michelangelo is where Michelangelo was
born but otherwise it is culturally barren!
Sansepolcro has the Piero Francesco frescos as
has Monterchi and Arezzo. Florence, Siena are an
easy day's trip as are Assissi, Perugia, Gubbio
and more.
