This Villa Antodes is large size approx 240 square meters and it’s a nice solutions for your holiday in Carloforte village (Isle of San Peter), South-ovest of Sardinia Island.
A very quiet and relax place close to the sea and natural bay beach name “La Caletta” distance approx 100 meters.
The villa comprising of two levels: Inside ground floor: it’s composed of entrance hall, a living/dining area room with TV Set and fan, a well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer (refrigerator).
There are, also, a one double bedroom with fan, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower.
Inside first floor: it’s composed of a double bedroom with fan, a bedroom with two single bed and a bathroom with bath/shower.
Outdoors: the villa is furnished of large relax terrace, a pergola (patio), garden facilities and agricultural land of 400 square meters.
A car is recommended therefore a car parking area is available for our guests so you can easily discover and visit nice and wild around places.

The extra payment at the Villa are possible only by Cash Money in Euro upon arrival day

Security Deposit: 300,00 EUR (Refundable upon departure, less any deduction for any damage caused to the Property)
