Villa Bor

Villa Bor, large size approx 350 square metres, are disposed on two floors; on the ground floor is an extremely well-equipped kitchen with a small larder, a dining area/room with an elegant wood fireplace in lava stone, divans and armchairs and Sat TV.
There is also another large salon with fresco ceilings, divans and armchairs, a dining room with a large, crystal dining table and original bookcases, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
By means of a stone staircase we arrive on the top floor where a corridor leads to two double bedrooms (one of which has a canopied bed) and continuing along another corridor we reach another two bedrooms.
In three bedrooms another single bed
can be added.
There are two bathrooms and one has a comfortable bath.
Coming back down to the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room, we pass through two arched doorways and enter the garden, which has a stone floor and was originally the cloister.
The villa can hold up to 13 guests (10 +3).
Ground Floor: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with access on to the outside, on to a nice furnished panoramic terrace, living-room (satellite TV, DVD) with fireplace, large fresco dining-room, twin-bedded room (which can be turned into double bedroom upon request), bathroom with shower.
First Floor: double bedroom, double bedroom with baldaquin bed, 2 twin-bedded rooms (which can be turned into double bedrooms upon request), bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
A large lodge has a dining table and chairs for “al fresco” dining, and divans under a pergola with a hundred year old wisteria.
From here you can admire the vineyards and olive groves as far as the city of Volterra.
By means of another stone staircase we go down to the garden, protected by an ancient wall for privacy, to the panoramic swimming pool (12×4 metres by 1.40 deep); it has a hydromassage area, divans and umbrellas.
The shops of Fabbrica are within walking distance.
