At third floor we have a dependence-room with standard double sofa bed with private bathroom, jacuzzi-chrome hydromassage shower and terrace-solarium with ocean-Vesuvius mount view.
All villa is equipped with air conditioning / heating (fee EUR 0.40kw / hour), TV and Wi-Fi zone. Outside there is a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, solarium with private outdoor hot shower. Part of the terrace is shared. Possibility to book both apartment and room to have exclusive building for a maximum of 7 + 1 guests.

The extra payment at the Villa are possible only by Cash Money in Euro upon arrival day

City Tax: 2,00 EUR X Night PP (Per Person – Not applied to children up to 18 years old)

Security Deposit: 400,00 EUR (Refundable upon departure, less any deduction for any damage caused to the Property)
